To evaluate dissemination activities carried out to date, including use of websites;
to explore effective language teacher association activities and their role in supporting professional development; to consider ways of building web-based communities;
to consider the nature of the handbook;

 To disseminate specific ECML projects and to discuss how the different products may be further disseminated more locally, through existing or new mechanisms;
